Robert Cameron is the CEO of Ward’s Seafood Market. He and his team take great pride in serving fresh Florida seafood to locals and visitors from around the world.   Robert was born and raised in Rockville Centre, N.Y., but considers this community his home. His passion is cooking and he enjoys donating seafood and his time to local charities such as the Clearwater Jazz Festival, The First Tee, All Children’s Hospital, Little League Baseball and many local classrooms and sports teams. 2015 marks the 60th anniversary of Ward’s Seafood Market which has earned several awards including Best of Taste / Taste of Clearwater, Small Business of the Year / Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce and Best of Tampa Bay / Tampa Bay Magazine. Robert and his wife of 30 years, moved to Florida in 1985, have 2 wonderful children attending Florida State University and enjoy spending time with their family, boating and being empty-nesters. Robert was recently honored with the Florida Vocational Rehabilitation Award for employing individuals with special needs. He believes everyone benefits from employing these individuals. Robert would like to dedicate tonight’s performance to Jason and Timmy, because they overcome fear and adversity every day.
