The Jazz Ensemble performed at the University of North Texas Jazz Festival March 29 through April 1, 2007 in Addison, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. This outstanding opporunity was made possible thanks to a generous grant from the Suncoast Dixieland Jazz Society.

In December 2006, the Jazz Ensemble submitted an application to perform at the festival together with an audio recording. Fewer than 10 high school jazz ensembles are selected each year, and we are extremely proud of our Jazz Ensemble being selected for this top level national event!
