Dear TSHS Leadership and Music Conservatory Alumni,

I hope that this message finds you in great health and happiness. As we all grow older, I realize "in life we learn that we, as individuals, are built but a small part of a great whole…a fellowship, and family." I have certainly been blessed to have had the opportunity to work and share together with each of you some incredible moments and experiences. It is hard to believe that over twelve years have passed and many of you now are in college or have graduated, are professionals, married, or you now have children of your own.

Your band program that you built through your sacrifice and hard work over the past 12 years is now one of the most nationally recognized scholastic music education programs in the country. Our current students are very excited about any opportunity they get to meet and honor the individuals that they see in the past videos who laid the foundation of excellence and set such high standards for them to work towards and accomplish. You have a standing invitation to visit us anytime. I hope that your schedule will allow you to come back and share experiences with our current students.

I assure you that each one of you is important to us; I am reminded of a quote that says, "No distance of place or lapse of time can lessen the friendship of those who are thoroughly persuaded of each other's worth." Watch for announcements of Alumni events and reunions and let us share together with one another and celebrate what you have accomplished.

Sincerely,
Mr. Kevin Ford
Director
